Returns

• You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

• Perishable items (including honey) that have been tampered with
• Items purchased on clearance or promotional sale
• Customized or special-order items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
